Terms and Conditions.

Agency Commission:

10% if invoice paid within 28 days of invoice date.

Payment:

28 days from invoice date.
Overdue accounts will be charged.
2.0% per month on outstanding balance.

Cancellation Charges:

Covers and Special Positions non-cancellable -100% of cost will be charged.
Other positions 60 days notice required in writing before publication date, or otherwise 100% of advert cost will be charged.
5 x series and/or yearly contracts - 60% of the remaining advert balance will be charged.
